I absolutely loved this book. We have gotten to see glimpses of Mike and Giselle throughout the first 3 books in the series, but this one is almost solely focused on them. To watch their relationship evolve and to see Giselle stop “evading” Mike and her problems was so fulfilling. I was so happy to see her let her guard down and show her softer side. What’s that? A softer side of Giselle? Yes, you heard me. Lol. It was incredible. We also get to see Mike turn into a total badass!

There are twists and turns that you won’t believe along the way. We learn more about what happened to Giselle all those years ago to turn her into the person she is today. It was heartbreaking hearing all the horrible things that happened to her, but watching her grow and come out of her shell was so fulfilling.

Now let’s discuss the heat factor. It was hotter than a habanero pepper. Yowza. Do completely satisfying on every level. Once she let’s Mike in completely and they start having hot monkey sex you will have to change those panties repeatedly.

This book is the 4 the book in this series and in order to understand completely what is going on you will need to read the first 3 books first.
