2016 was ONE BRILLIANT AND BEAUTIFUL BOOK YEAR! Sophie, Keeana, Crystal, Tina, Denae, and I at Bookalicious Babes Blog (BBB) were busy bookworms, collectively reading over 1,200 books!!! Do you know how hard it was for each of us to pick 10-20ish of beloved 5-6 star stories to include in BBB’s best books for this year?!? This task was nearly impossible because we easily, as a blog team of six, have about 40 top, 5-star stories per month!!!

Following are one collage of all six bloggers’ top stories and then our individual picks from this epic great year of books. We read ALL THE ROMANCE at BBB! Our selections vary with all types of romance reads from contemporary to dark to sports to M/M and more! Authors in our top picks range from New York Times and USA Today best sellers, published authors and authors whose books we’ve read for years to brand new Indies. 

Our close-knit BBB team is truly blessed to be bloggers and bookworms! These authors aren’t just names and numbers. They are kind, compassionate, funny, and all-around amazing women and men who we’ve gotten to know throughout this beautiful book world, and many of whom we consider friends.
